When Randy Vintinner started the company back in March 2010; he decided it was time to bring his 30+ years of expertise in the transport industry to the table. He would create a customer-centric service, aimed at directly connecting with shippers and receivers to help solve their individual challenges. “There’s nothing more important than establishing a strong relationship with your customer and directing your attention to better understanding what they do, what their needs are, and how you fit into the puzzle”.
As the company started to earn a solid reputation in the industry, the Brave Transport team started to expand; bringing more family members and different areas of expertise into the picture. Ryan (son) came in with a strong background in marketing, and aspirations to partner with his father to capitalize on opportunities and develop the business into new markets. Stephanie (daughter) brought a mixture of accounting experience and a desire to kick start her HR career; which has helped build a very knowledgeable and well-rounded team. Gerri (wife) even had the patience to dedicate late nights and weekends to balancing the books and overlooking A/R…after putting in long days with her own career.
Employing strong family values like trust, communication and teamwork have tremendously leveraged Brave Transport’s ability to deliver positive results on a consistent basis.
